Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Approved return requests will receive detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address by email.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
In cases of defective or incorrect items, Pet Play Toys will cover return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
